Uberti Bio Blond Psyllium 300g

Description:

Bio blond psyllium Uberti has real virtues recognized to regularize the transit and intestinal flora. Also called Pink plantain, it's naturally source of fibre, it supports digestion and is involved in the regulation of blood cholesterol. It is ideal in cases of temporary constipation.

The high fibre content also reduces the assimilation of ingested fat.

Note: this is the integument of the seed that is used (the protective membrane that surrounds the plant). From organic agriculture, blond psyllium Uberti has not grown with pesticides.

Directions for use:

Take a teaspoon of blond psyllium in a glass of water every day. (It is possible to then increase the dose to 2, or 3 teaspoons a day, always with a large glass of water).

In the event of discomfort, decrease the doses and gradually. The side effects are very rare and not serious.
