Indications:

Eye mask to reduce all aches and pains associated with the eyes. No more headaches, sinus problems or puffy eyes.

Recommended Use:

Do not open or pierce the mask.

Do not apply the pad for more than 20 minutes. Wait 20 minutes before reapplying.

For cold temperatures: Leave in the freezer for 2 hours. Apply on the area causing you pain in for 20 minute intervals. You can leave the pouch for the whole time in the fridge or freezer to then be used immediately.

For warm temperatures: Place in the microwave. Heat the pouch following the guidelines: 700W - 80 seconds, 1000W- 65 seconds, 1250W - 50 seconds. Apply on the zone causing you pain for 20 to 30 minutes.
