Is Alflorex a probiotic?

SYMBIOSYS alflorex+® is a dietary supplement indeed composed of the probiotic strain Bifidobacterium longum 35624® which contributes to the balance of the intestinal flora. This probiotic strain was developed, identified and co-developed over 15 years of research by PrecisionBiotics Group Ltd. and APC Microbiome Institute.


When is the best time to take Alflorex?
Alflorex Symbiosys dietary supplement should be taken daily for 4 weeks as 1 capsule to be swallowed with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

How does Alflorex work?
Calcium contributes to the normal functioning of digestive enzymesThe probiotic strain Bifidobacterium longum 35624® contributes to the balance of intestinal flora. It is well tolerated and has been used for almost 10 years by tens of thousands of consumers in the United States, Canada and Europe. B.longum 35624® is on the QPS (Qualified Presumption of Safety) list of the European agency EFSA, which is one of several methods used to assess the safety of bacterial species used in food.


1 capsule a day for at least 4 weeks, to be swallowed with a glass of water. A period of adaptation is transient and normal. It is important to continue taking SYMBIOSYS alflorex+™. It is advisable not to exceed the daily dose indicated.


As a precaution, the use of this product is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always close the tube tightly after use. Bottle sealed at time of packaging.

As a supplement to a healthy lifestyle, take 1 capsule of SYMBIOSYS Alflorex+™ every day for 4 weeks.Swallow the capsule whole with sufficient liquid (for example, a glass of water, milk, soy, almond or rice juice). Avoid consuming it with fruit juices, which are generally acidic and can cause damage to strain 35624®.Nevertheless, Alflorex+™ can be consumed as part of a meal with fruit juice, as the food will help protect strain 35624®.

Always close the tube tightly after use.

Bottle sealed at time of packaging. Best consumed within 30 days of first use. Do not keep refrigerated.
