Protifast Chicken Soup 500g

The economical 500g chicken soup pot Protifast is a low-calorie dietetic powder for high-protein snacks, low in carbohydrates and fat, with an energy content of 366 kcal per 100g.

1 serving = 3 pods approximately for 27 g (91 calories) which is equivalent to a velvety chicken bag.

Dilute 3 parts of high protein powder in a bowl or shaker containing 200 ml of cold water. Mix until completely dissolved. Heat the mixture (saucepan or microwave). Serve and enjoy quickly.
