Tips to use:

Streaming 1-4 pm in the room before going to bed

bath: 20 to 25 drops in the warm bath before bedtime. P

Direct: 20 to 25 drops in the hot bath compresses

Massage: 4 to 5 drops in 50 ml of arnica or calendula oil oral

dosage:

1 to 2 drops on a neutral tablet.
