tips to use:

Release: 1-4 h before sunset.

Bath: 3 to 4 drops in the bath before bedtime.

Massage: a few drops of essential oil diluted in vegetable oil.

Oral (carefully): Roman Chamomile is used to facilitate digestion: 1 to 2 drops in honey, or based dispersant, 2 times a day before meals.
