indications hot:

treatment of rheumatic pains and pain due to stiff muscles, increase local blood circulation and muscle relaxant to the level of muscle action.

Possible uses: warming the hands and cold feet, rheumatism and arthritis, muscle stiffness, lumbago and back pain, menstrual pain, neck and torticollis.

Indications cold: decrease in inflammation and oedema, promotes the reabsorption of haematomas, relieves pain.

Possible uses: sprains, tendonitis, sprains, muscle tears, pulled, minor burns, shocks and haematomas, headache and migraine headaches, bleeding from the nose, dental inflammation, tennis elbow, insect stings and bites.

How-to:

Cold: 20 minutes in the freezer, 1 hour and 30 minutes in water at 0 c, 2 hours in the refrigerator at 4 C without protective cover.

Hot:

-In the bath: make up to 80 c maximum dish containing enough water to cover completely the compress.

Remove the vessel from the heat source and immerse the compress without its cover, between 4 and 8 minutes depending on the size of the compress.

Remove water and dry the compress.

-Microwave: reheat in the microwave for 25 seconds maximum to 650 W or 20 seconds maximum at 800 W.

Remove the compress from the oven and the massage with the hands in order to obtain a uniform temperature.
