In order to preserve the environment, the filter bags are made from unbleached chlorine paper and do not clip have to avoid oxidation.
Directions for use:
Put 1 packet in a cup and pour simmering water.
Let steep 3 minutes to allow the plants to unleash their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
Drink 2-3 cups per day for best results
