It is obtained by distillation of the needles of black spruce, a coniferous tree also called black spruce, which was once revered by North American Indians for its medicinal properties.

Diffusion.

For any cutaneous application, first carry out a test in the crease of the elbow and wait 48 hours. In case of reaction, do not use. Possible irritation in its pure state (dermocaustic essential oil). Caution if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, not recommended during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children, away from heat and light.
