Nat & Form have formulated a dietary supplement with two organic plants,  Passionflower & Valerian. Passionflower is a plant rich in flavanoids and alkaloids, which have relaxing and sedative effects. Whilst valerian root is rich in valerianics and valepotriates to encourage falling asleep and improve sleep quality. This dietary supplement also helps to re-establish emotional equilibrium.
