Tea Tree oil essential BIO: Melaleuca alternifolia

Board of use:

massage: 1 to 2 drops diluted in vegetable oil, massage on the neck. Renew 3 to 5 times per day.

Topically: embed 2% to 5% essential oil in a cream or a neutral gel.

In bath for the feet: 5 to 10 drops in a dispersant solution in a basin of warm water salt, foot baths, 2 times per day.

For scalp: 5 drops of tea tree and lavender fine in 250 ml of cleansing base. Rinse with lukewarm water

broadcast + Inhalation: 1 h diffusion or although few drops in a bowl of boiling water, inhaled orally (with caution).

Mouthwash: 3 drops in a dispersant solution in a little water, gargles. DO not swallow

dosage:

1-2 gouttesdiluees in a teaspoon of honey.
