Take 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast. Swallow the capsules with a large glass of water. Cure of 2-4 months.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Must not be a subsitute for a healthy and balanced diet or lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place, away from heat and light.
