Directions for use:

Bring the spray nozzle up to your mouth and spray 2 times onto the tongue. Alternatively if preferred dilute 2 sprays into a glass of water to drink in successive sips. Avoid contact with eyes. Guaranteed without artificial additives. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

It is useful to have a small bottle on you in case of emergency. Every now and then, when your mind is too active, it is good to take one or two doses at night before bedtime. Stop or reduce your intake of caffeine and alcohol: they can contribute to accentuating your anxiety and increase your insomnia.

Note: Bach flowers are preserved in brandy, which may cause absorption of alcohol which, for religious or other reasons, may not be acceptable for all.
