Directions for use:

Place 4 drops in a glass of water to drink in successive sips or 4 drops directly into the mouth. Guaranteed without artificial additives. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

It is useful to have a small bottle on itself in an emergency. From time to time, when your mind is too active, it is good to take one or two doses at night before bedtime.

Note: Bach flowers are preserved in brandy, which leads to some absorption of alcohol which, for religious or other reasons,  may be not acceptable for all.
