Eafit, n ° 1 in sports nutrition, offers the 4:1:1 building muscle, BCAA capsules a food supplement to 3 majority amino acids in muscle tissue: leucine, valine and isoleucine.

These 3 amino acids, called BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acid, which means: branched chain amino acids), are essential: they cannot be synthesized by the body. In fact, they must be brought by the diet or supplements.

The capsules were designed with a 4:1:1 ratio, which corresponds to the actual report of the muscle BCAA metabolism during training.

Thanks to vitamin B6 they contain, the capsules can also reduce fatigue.

Directions for use:

Take 6 capsules a day, preferably 3 capsules 1 h 30 before training or test and 3 capsules 1 hour after practice with a large glass of water, or as recommended by a professional trainer.

To take during periods of intense training or competition over 20 days, to be renewed minimum 20 days apart.
