Use this exfoliating body scrub two to three times a week on clean skin, preferably in the shower. 1. Take a small amount of the formula; wet your skin and warm the scrub between your palms for easier application. 2. Gently apply the body scrub all over your body, targeting areas that often feel rough like strawberry skin or appear dull. 3. Use a core-centered scrubbing motion to improve circulation. Start at your feet, gently massaging the scrub in circular motions onto the legs and torso. Continue with your fingertips, massaging your arm. Pay special attention to areas requiring exfoliation such as knees and elbows. 4. Rinse with water: As you rinse, repeat the massage movements to remove any excess exfoliating particles, leaving your skin feeling refreshed and clean. For best results, combine this body scrub daily with BIOCORPS anti-blemish body serum to achieve regenerated, smooth and visibly radiant skin.
