Cradle cap: our products to get rid of it!
Unsightly and sometimes irritating, cradle cap often appears several weeks after birth. It is caused by excess sebum secretion, usually at the scalp, forehead and temples.
To elimate this yellow-ish plaque and flaky skin, sweet almond oil or adapted products can be used. Avène offers, as part of their Pédiatril range, a Cradle Cap Gel, formulated with Avène Thermal Spring Water (soothing and anti-irritation) and sweet almond oil (an emollient). Apply, massage delicately, leave to act, rinse, and that's it!
