The dummy: a must-have accessory for your little one!
A dummy is like a daily companion that comforts baby, helps them to sleep, consoles them and satisfies their need to suckle. It is therefore important to choose them carefully. It is important to choose a dummy adapted to the age of your child because the size of the teat differs and this plays a role in the development of baby's palate and jaw. There are two different teat shapes:
- Anatomical: symmetrical and reversible, baby can use it any way they like and it will always fit;
- Physiological: ideal if baby is in the weaning phase because it is shaped similarly to a nipple.
